2. FOC name reservation with SSM up to 2 times
3. Approval Letter To Use Name
4. Paid up capital – RM1 to RM2,000
5. FOC Registration fee of RM1,000 payable to SSM for registration
For Malaysia company setup with directors and shareholders more than 4 person or entity, extra charge of RM100 per person or entity is applied.

Engagement
The Malaysia company registration procedure are done via SSM’s online system. The system require all the fees to be paid in advances in order to register company and proceed for incorporation process. (Fees such as name search – RM 50; Registration fees of RM 1,000 to SSM for authorised capital up from RM 1 to RM 1,000 and etc.)
Therefore, payment will be collected upon confirmation of the service.
